Service availability may vary based on location and technician scheduling.


3. Appointments & Estimates

  • Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website.
  • Service call or diagnostic fees apply and are due at the time of the appointment.
  • Estimates are provided after inspection and are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
  • Customers must ensure access to the appliance and a safe working environment at the scheduled time.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved electronic transfers.
  • A service call fee may be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Invoices will be emailed upon request.

5. Warranty & Guarantee

  • SureFit Appliance Service provides a 90-day labor warranty and a manufacturer’s warranty on parts where applicable.
  • Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed.
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unrelated issues is not covered under warranty.

6. Limitations of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure professional and reliable service, SureFit Appliance Service is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing appliance conditions or damages.
  • Data loss from smart appliances or connected devices.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from appliance failure or service delays.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate appliance information during booking.
  • Ensuring that the appliance is accessible and safely disconnected (if required).
  • Notifying the technician of any known issues, damages, or hazards.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information (such as your name, address, phone number, and email) is collected solely for scheduling and service purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
